Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

We aim for full satisfaction with every website we build. However, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, please review the following refund terms:

1. Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund if the request is made within 3 days of your order and no work has started.

2. Partial Refund

If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress. Typically:

• 25% completed = 75% refund
• 50% completed = 50% refund
• Beyond 75% = no refund

3. No Refund

Once the full website is delivered or approved, no refund will be granted.

4. Refund Process
