Welcome to Rudnex. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
Rudnex provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and design services. The specific scope, cost, and timeline of the services will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide necessary materials (logos, copy, imagery) in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback or material provision may affect the project timeline and delivery date.
3. Payment Terms
Payment structures will be outlined in your specific contract. Standard projects generally require a 40% upfront deposit before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives intellectual property rights to the final delivered product (e.g., custom code, graphics). Rudnex retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rudnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
